Charitable Donations (CHY3 Form)

Under the terms of the Revenue approved Scheme of Tax Relief on Donations to Charities, if you are a taxpayer (PAYE or Self Assessed), and donate a total of €250 or more in a year, our parish can claim back the related tax relief of 31% on your total donations. All you have to do is complete a CHY3 form. The form is available at the back of the Church, in the Parish Office or online at
